Henry Tsang
In residence: 2017
Henry Tsang spent his time at Coppermoss working towards articulating questions on how food is perceived, socially constructed, exploring histories of migration and trade, colonization and identity formation. This contributed to the development of a new project that invokes local-global issues through convivial events employing food and drink as a social catalyst.
